"Turned up in Dharamshala, get to hotel, has not existed for 2 years. Clearly been sold and rebranded. Yet somehow Hotels.com managed to book us a room. Absolutely unbelievable.
$25 Onecash credit compensation for 3 rooms, 3 adults had to rebook somewhere else at walk up rates and this is what Hotels.com thought was appropriate compensation.
