"The street is a little smelly but that isnt the fault of the hotel, its the spanish drains and the heat. There was no balcony, but it was too hot really to sit on the balcony anyway. "Sadly due to flight delays etc, we had a very short stay. However, we arrived at around 2.30 am local time. The receptionist was very friendly, speaking English to a very tired English family without a second thought (don't think we don't appreciate it!).
Check in was quick and efficient. The room was perfectly adequate and set up for us. Clean, modern and very serviceable.
Room was quiet enough for sure. The only real downside was that the view was nothing special but... Fair enough. It was a "cheap and cheerful" stopover. We didn't book a view.
Breakfast was great, more friendly and helpful staff. Lots of clearly labelled food so that my gluten allergy didn't feel like a problem.
Managed to leave our luggage for a while at no extra cost.
