"You can walk to Mayo with out going outside. There is also a convenient store on the Subway level a few step from the elevater that has snacks, cold beverages and fresh popcorn. Walk a little farther and you can get Starbucks coffee. You can also get some Italian food from the best Italian restaurant in Rochester from Victoria's! Once again you don't have to go outside or drive to get there, just a short walk through the subway level."

"If you're coming in from the airport (RST) use Rochester Shuttle service. It's reasonably priced and they are always on time."

"This hotel is great for families that need to stay close to St Mary's or Mayo clinics. The rooms were comfy and pantry was priced decently for any last minute needs. It was very clean, easy to acces, amd walking distance to great restaurants. "

"The room was clean, but small. I've stayed in King suite with kitchenette a few times in the last few months. The rooms on the third floor are smaller than the second floor. Everything is tighter spacing and there is only one lounge chair in the third floor rooms. The second floor rooms have two lounge chairs and more spacing around furniture. The breakfast was virtually nonexistent this time. This is abnormal, but unacceptable. The only hot food option was waffles and pancakes. There were no eggs, meat, etc., no butter, limited milk and yogurt, and no fruit."

"Location is great if Mayo on foot is what you want. Other than that, there’s not much to recommend. I was on 3rd floor and it sounded like an elephant was above me. Breakfast is over at 9 SHARP. It consists of one microwave for anything hot. Stand in line. And, forgot about a second glass of juice, etc at 9:01 because the attendant locks everything down. "
