The stay was quite clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel had a shuttle so that you can get access to Mayo easily and there is a parking garage I was very impressed. The kitchen and amenities were everything I needed and I greatly appreciated the conveniences. Thanks for making my stay in Rochester amazing.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is clean & comfortable. It does not have the complementary breakfast, but makes up for that in all the other amenities it provides. Quiet & in a very good area for shopping & eating. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic is very good too. We recommend it to all who are having to be here for long stays or short. VH - South Dakota

Despite no continental breakfast, the kitchen in the suite is well stocked with all the things you need to pick up some groceries and cook a nice breakfast. We had bacon, eggs, sausage, omelets, and hasbrowns. I was suprised how well the ventahood removed the smoke/steam and left no odors. We will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was unable to accommodate 2 rooms conjoining even though there was clearly nobody next door to us but we were put in 2 rooms with that empty room in between. SMH.. I didn’t realize they didn’t have a continental breakfast which was frustrating. I also was there when a snow storm happened and the parking lot was not cleared well by the snow removal company. The air in the room was so dry! I couldn't breathe whenever I laid down, not to mention the beds were very uncomfortable. It was clean at least.. although it was frustrating that they didn’t even have a second trashcan for the bathroom. One small trashcan for the whole suite.. I found that odd.

A wonderful pet-friendly hotel. We had adjoining rooms which gave us the family space needed. Everyone we met on staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a guest had tracked in clay or something and while it was cleaned up on the first floor, it never did get fully cleaned on the second floor in the 2 days we stayed, even with cleaning staff standing right next to the mess.
