"The room was very nice and clean Check in was fast and easy. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding and clean."

"Booked here because of the rating on hotels.com. Not sure how it receives the rating. I had booked 8 rooms for team travel. Took over an hour to check in. Believe their computer system must be from the 1990's. Place smells all rooms smell. A/C units are window units and loud. To confirm this place is not a hotel. It is a motel."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there when we are in Dickson. "

"The tub in the room was filthy and black you could see footprints in it. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed in the room. Check out time was 11am it was 10:45am and the cleaning staff was looking in the room window and waiting outside the door for us to leave it made us feel very uncomfortable. The kid behind the counter was friendly. The hotel is run down and in need of some serious updating. I didn’t even try the breakfast due to the condition of the room I was concerned about cleanliness. If I ever come back to the area I won’t be staying here again. At least there were no bed bugs in the room. "

"The room smelled like cigarettes. I was too tired to switch to another room, so I didn’t bring it to the staff’s attention until the next morning. The breakfast was limited and not good. The coffee was good though!! It is right beside the interstate, so it’s convenient but you can hear it loudly. The beds were comfy. It worked for a quick stay."

"Filthy and rundown"

"The people working here have been so nice every single visit. Me and my wife love taking weekend trips and we have stayed here twice. It is the cheapest motel / hotel in Dickson yet somehow it’s always the friendliest and cleaning which never goes hand in hand. The rooms are very updated and the WiFi pretty fast, It was enough to stream movies. The only thing we don’t LOVE about the motel is that the TV is not a smart TV and we have to watch shows and movies on our phones. But other than that I’d say 9/10 for the price. "
