"There was minimal staff during check in and the pool smelled like a sewer. Fortunately, the let us use the pool at Mandalay Bay even though the wave pool was closed. I'll just say that you get what you pay for. "

"The property is definitely not 4 star. The bathroom was very basic. Bathroom amenities were bare minimum. There was very little sound proof for the room. You can hear the door opening and closing in the hallway clearly which is very annoying! The location is pretty good though. And the beds were very comfortable."

"While the room was excellent, the bath shower was ridiculous. Virtually no water pressure. Impossible to properly wash and rinse. The shower head had three settings including a pulse setting. None of the settings provided sufficient water. Disappointing. Terrible. Largely unforgivable. Our next stay will be another property."

"Perfect location for visiting Waikiki Beach. Everything you could ask for (beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.) Were all less than a 5 minute walk. Hotel staff was very professional and very nice. Great view of the beach from our room with a balcony."
