"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious, and our kids really enjoyed the pool. We also loved riding the gondola inside the hotel, and the restaurants were excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the sofa bed had dirty sheets when our children were getting ready to sleep. When I called housekeeping, they simply offered to bring clean sheets without apologizing, so I had to remake the bed myself. Another surprise was the daily resort...
