"The check in process was a first for us - no hotel clerk needed - all through a touch screen. The check out wasn't as easy. It is a huge property, and it was a bit unclear where our room was. Without a person to help you, trying to navigate this was a bit confusing and lots of walking."

"Hotel is very modern. Elevators are very fast. The public areas are very crowded with slot machines and its easy to get lost. The rooms were ok but the showers were very old, slippery and just odd (bathtub inside shower). Prices for the mini bar are outrageous and while the stores are not as bad buying water at the stores is extremely high. "

"They showed pictures of the pool and the surrounding areas and it was actually getting renovated Website didn’t say anything but one line IF you click on picture of the pool It was spring break and hot but you are hiding that the pool is closed. That’s bullsh**t"

"Very relaxing place to stay"

"Everything at the facility was fine. We mainly spent time on the casino floor. However, the cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking. The bathroom didnt seem to have been cleaned properly as there were hairs in the sink and shower upon arrival. In addition we did not have a shower curtain the first day which was installed on day 2. On the upside, we had the opportunity to get early check-in for a fee and when we decided to stay an extra night they were very accommodation in allowing us to keep the same room. The staff were polite and professional."

"I prefer more food options, some people at the essential stores, shows poor professional behavior. All the rest was very acceptable."
