"I'm not satisfied with my booking I ended up paying more fees then what was mentioned. The room wasn't clean it looked as if people just checked out the room and my room also had a bad smell. The pool wasn't open and that wasn't mentioned when booking."

"The bed was uncomfortable. Shower leaked. Outlet burned out my hair tools. And I was charged a late check out fee when I checked out at 10:30 am. When I called to ask about it I was told someone from my room called and said I would be checking out after 1pm. I was able to get my money reimbursed after a week. I will not be syaying at Westgate again"

"I would not stay here again. My room had a large roach/waterbug and other bugs on the floor, wall, ceiling, and bathroom area. I took photos and reported it to the front desk. The room did not feel clean or sanitary, and it was upsetting because I had paid for the stay and early check-in. The staff member I spoke with acknowledged the issue and told me a refund adjustment would need to be processed through Expedia since I booked through the app. The location may be convenient, but the room condition was unacceptable and made me uncomfortable staying there. I would strongly recommend checking the room carefully before settling in."
