"We are extremely disappointed with our recent stay. This was our first experience at this hotel, and we do not intend to return. Our initial concern was that only warm water was available in the shower. The second issue was that the room phone was not operational. The third issue arose when I used the self-check-in kiosk, which prompted me to request room cleaning. I selected yes, and upon leaving the room, I observed a maid nearby. I asked her to ensure the room was cleaned and the shower soap dispensers refilled. She assured me it was not a problem. She confirmed that the room was scheduled for cleaning. I left the room at 10am, and upon returning at 5 p.m., the room had not been cleaned. When I called to report this issue, the staff member questioned why I did not personally visit the front desk, which was busy and had a long line. It is unreasonable to expect guests to handle such matters in person. My expectation is that housekeeping staff perform their duties diligently and efficiently. "

"Staff very nice and helpful throughout for the most part…. Don’t like that our room no refrigerator and no microwave… so may rules to actually go in pool area so we weren’t able to enjoy that area at all…. The bartenders amazing in side casino… "
