"It took over an hour just to check into the hotel.
We couldn’t even use the pool area because it was over full.
There was no sun chairs left or lockers to but our stuff in.
We didn’t even get complimentary coffee. We also got charged $60 for looking at our mini fridge.
They only had one person running the valet for the cars. We ended up waiting another 45 mins just to get the valet to bring our car around.
We go to Vegas every 3 months and will not be staying at this facility again.
