"Go Pool area was big and warmer than family pool but not enough free loungers.! And music was really loud. Drinks too expensive at pool. We had an old room and hallway rug was wet and musty. Room smelled abit too. Too bad because hotel is nice with flamingos outside with greenery. Best part was “Piff” the magic dragon stopped for a photo opt. Was Awsome! Thx "

"The room was fine. Staff can be better. I was told that I can do a late checkout till 4 PM. I checked in at 9:30 PM went back at 11:30 to the front desk asked for the late checkout then they told me I couldn’t do it anymore not just that the late checkout cost more than the nightly rate for a few extra hours, but yeah they’ve slipped in service as far as amenities goes. They don’t have no pools. No nothing you have to take your stuff and go to the link or the flamingo. It’s just a little bit of a hassle. "
