Downtown Newport

Step into Newport's colonial past in the heart of City centre Newport. Historic Trinity Church's white spire punctuates the skyline above cobblestone Thames Street. Weathered docks and tall ships create an authentic maritime atmosphere around Bowen's and Bannister's Wharves. Harbour views dominate this walkable district where seafood restaurants and nautical shops line the waterfront. Georgian architecture in weathered shingles and white weatherboard maintains the area's historic character. Visit early morning to experience local life before the crowds arrive.

The waterfront setting provides scenic views along Newport Harbour with peaceful walking paths. Though lacking shops or restaurants within its boundaries, The Point's charm lies in its untouched historical character. City centre Newport's amenities are just a short stroll away.

Yachting Village

Newport's Yachting Village dazzles with its harbor-side promenades and stunning maritime views.
