We had a great time for our first stay in a bed and breakfast. The staff is amazing and they make the entire check-in process so easy. this location is within walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurants in Newport. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and you cannot beat the view off the top deck. thank you, we will be back.!

The property, location, and innkeeper greatly exceeded our expectations, especially considering we booked a room that was much more affordable compared to some of the larger hotels in the area. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s just phenomenal. The Innkeeper is so nice and helpful. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. You receive a made to order breakfast as part of your stay. It’s not only delicious but they will accommodate food allergies. I have a gluten allergy and they’re always prepared to accommodate it! I will always stay here if I’m going to Newport!
