"Top notch hotel right in the center of downtown Newport. Parked my car (nearby public parking lot $20/day) and didn’t move it for our entire stay. Everything was within walking distance or the free public bus. Hotel reminded me of the boutique hotels in Europe. Very charming. Highly recommend "

"We had a wonderful stay here. Breakfast was delicious. Assorted pastries, quiche, fruit, overnight oats, coffee. All wonderful. We stayed in the Beach House on the 2nd floor. It was like a little apartment. Beware though. If you have any issues walking steep stairs you may want to stay on the ground floor. There are no elevators so this was a bit difficult but we were able to manage. There is no front desk, so you need to check in via text which was fine. They could have been a little more welcoming but friendly enough. I wish they had water out for guests that would be a nice perk. Very nice location as it is in the heart of Newport."
