"Lovely hotel and super close to downtown Newport. parking with EV charger for those in need of one. Staff was wonderfully welcoming. Very quiet and overall beautiful. Highly recommend if you want to be somewhat of a walk (12-15 min) from downtown Newport and another 10-15 or so to the cliff walk."

"Stayed 5/8/2026 - 5/10/2026. Location is superb, tucked away on a quiet street next to downtown historic Newport. We were only 5min walking from anything you'd probably want to walk to. Parking was easy off-street. Other people that stayed there needed to learn to leave space for others and tighten their parking jobs, but otherwise it was fine. Staff was amazing and very kind. Being there still in the off season, they allowed us to checkout later than usual which was extremely appreciated. Room was very clean and quaint; all we needed as we were mostly out and about. Would most definitely stay here again."

"First time here and definitely would return. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are amazing. Loved the layout and the spaciousness. Was so excited to learn there was a washer and dryer in the room. The grounds are kept beautifully. It was nice to wake up and see the harbor from the living room. Coffee in the morning. on your choice of 2 balconies was also a plus! We wanted to enjoy the heated indoor pool, but it did not feel heated. It was pretty chilly, so we didn't indulge. The parking was plentiful and gave you easy access to your designated suite. The elevator doors close abruptly, be aware! All areas were well maintained and clean. The 2 bathrooms in our suite could use more hooks. Maybe on the back of the door to put your clothes or wet towels. The tub in one bathroom is deep and great for relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. Loved the kitchen area with full fridge, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and 2 coffee makers. "

"Great location. But walls thin and hard to park. Breakfast is continental only, delivered to door with very limited selection of pastries, fruit, and boiled eggs only. Water is very soft, that’s a surprise!! The shower curtain needs adjustment on room 101 as it always spilled water on the floor no matter how we tried to shower as close to the wall possible. To the front desk during the midday, pls consider that 101 could hear your conversations. Otherwise. It was almost a perfect boutique hotel for a romantic getaway. "

"For the price, the rooms and properties were quite worn, beds uncomfortable, water rusty on check in - and the walls were very thin. Location is excellent - Walking distance from all the things you'd want to see. It's Probably a great spot if you're planning to go to the bars and need a place to pass out after a few, but not a place if you want to relax. On the plus side they offered to move us to a quieter room, but a hotel that costs over $400 a night should be clean, new, quiet, and relaxing. "

"The ac in the unit didn’t work entire stay. We called routinely many times and they refused to switch our room. It was 78 degrees in the room entire stay and unbearable to sleep. Terrible experience all around and all they offered to give us was $100 off one night - and the room was close to $500 per night! Would’ve rather have slept in my car."
