"My stay at Bellevue Manor was great from start to finish. The room was very clean and nicely set up, and breakfast was a real highlight with different dishes every morning. We especially loved the French toast. The staff were welcoming and easy to talk to, and the other guests were just as friendly. It’s a comfortable place to stay while visiting Newport.
Bonus: The free parking was awesome! (Didn’t use my car after we arrived, everything is very walkable)"

"It was just wonderful! We didn’t have a scenic view. Staff was so attentive. The cleanliness was outstanding. The location was right at the wharf so walkable, loved the hand held shower. Convenient amenities except for one.
No free breakfast or coffee
There is an espresso machine in the room which we used but DAIRY FREE COFFEE CREAMER. They could at least provide half and half or coffee in the lounge.
Espresso is not drunk in the morning it’s latte or cappuccino on the continent. I would expect a better hotel like the Brenton to know international norms."
"Wonderful Inn.. room was very clean and quaint.. a wonderful continental breakfast with snacks at tea time. Great location as so much was walkable or very close by."
"Heat hotel right across the street from first beach. Nice restaurants within a few min walk. Just a short drive to Newport. We have stayed here numerous times. "
