Staff was very helpful. We forgot to bring toothpaste and toothbrush and staff was able to provide us complimentary ones. We also needed more bottles of water and they gave us some without charge, which was very nice.

Friendly, incredibly helpful staff, parking for a fee, after airport shuttle, quiet, clean, free breakfast. The room was smallish but with all the amenities. It was perfect for our stay in Queens. We had tried some more expensive boutique hotels but nowhere near as full service as this
