You'll have a tiny room with scarce space to lay out anything at all. Same for bathroom. And the room will be clean but, though updated, it is an historic building with some signs of age. "The customer service was great. The room was excellent for the price. Neighborhood is very accessible and close to the NYSE and the battery is close by. Only negative thing would be the elevators being very slow but other than that I would come back and stay there"
