"Motto is surrounded by restaurants superior to the house offerings. They deliver, too. TV, screwy internet, house staff tying up the elevators at 4:00 PM. Little things may detract from their experience for some."

"We loved how close we were to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, subway, Central Park and restaurants. The only things I might suggest is providing eye masks! The lights from the billboards were constantly flashing all night. Also, we were given $10 off per day for the on-site restaurant and bar but with prices so high, $20 might have encouraged us to eat there. The hvac does cycle off and on a lot—should’ve used the earplugs provided! Appreciated the water bottles. There is a refrigerator but no...
