The main highlight of this hotel is its location—it's within easy walking distance to Niagara Falls, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were friendly and ready to assist whenever we asked for something. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired and definitely needs improvement. It’s a decent choice if you just need a convenient spot to sleep, but manage your expectations regarding cleanliness.

Bathroom design poor (shower door and bathroom door collide), not enough hooks for towels, uneven shower floor ( there was a grab bar :), mold in tile, slow plumbing in sink, shower head best on opposite side, no showet gel in shower, would have appreciated a second chair/couch for seating, no daily service for towels, floors not swept in hallway. Staff was nice and accommodating as best as they can.

Overall some peeling paint on poolroom ceiling and what felt like sand on bottom of pool No towels were provided in pool when we were there. Just a few hand towels. Equipment in “gym” was subpar Rooms were ok but when we first arrived not enough towels in room and at desk I heard another guest asking for towels too I was not happy to have to pay to park off street in the hotel lot Staff was excellent and breakfast was filling and hot!

Nice location to visit the Niagara Falls (12min walking). Breakfast is complementary and it was good. The hotel entrance needed attention, been the first impression, it was trash, spider webs and cigarretes all over. the room bathroom needed a deep clean because it had mold in the shower. Front desk lady was nice and helpful, as we check out we were able to leave our backpacks there for few hrs til we were ready to go to the airport.
