It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed.

Başlangıç olarak evet yapının yaşı büyük olması sebebi bile modern olmadığını söyleyebilirim Yemekler orta diyebilirim fiyatı uygun şöyle uygun yemek+ kahvaltı+ içecek dışarda ödeyeceğiniz iki kişi fiyatına konaklama dahil hizmet alıyorsunuz mutlaka ki yiyecek birşeyler bulursunuz çeşit olarak orta diyebilirim. Yatak konforu normaldi. Temizlik her yorumun baş konusu bende titiz olan bir kişiyim herhangi bir böcek ya da sineğe şahit olmadım odaya ilk girildiğinde bir nem kokusu olduğu aşikar ve klima soğutma konusunda biraz yavaş malesef ama ben Ağustos ortasında odada terledim diyemem otelin arkasına bakan ucundan denizi gören bir odada konakladık ve yeşil olan olması bence öndeki gürültüden kesinlikle iyidir. Otopark alanı biraz mesafeli Havuzu küçük , çocuklara daha uygun zaten denize sıfır iskeledeki mavi sezlonglar 100 TL ücretli ama zaten otelin şezlonglari yeterli Oda kapıları güvenlik açısından tek konaklayan birisi için biraz tedirgin edici olabilir tahta eski kapılardan ve kolidorlarda güvenlik kamerası göremedim. Asansör küçük ama yoğun saatlerde bile sıkışıklık olmadı valizi çok olmayanlar için merdivenler geniş ve dinlenme boşluğu olan alanlar var. Otele giriş saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen 14 25 te ancak odamız müsait olabildi

4-7 Temmuz 2025 tarihlerinde 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık. Yetişkin havuzunun 2 metre derin olması dışında tek olumsuzluk Tavuk ve tavuk çeşitlerinin diğer yemeklere göre biraz kalitesiz olmasıydı. Kahvaltıda ve diğer öğünlerdeki tüm yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve oldukça zengin bir menü vardı. Temizlik konusunda ikinci günden itibaren her gün odaya gelip temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. Otel genelinde gözle görülen bir tertip düzen vardı. Altınkum bölgesinde denize sıfır konumuyla tam fiyat performans oteli.

otel konum olarak çok iyi ama mutfak sinek kaynıyor söylememiize rağmen he tamam deniyor ama bi icraat yok havuzu ufak yemeklerin başında ustalar duruyor sürekli yemekleri karıştırıyorlar anlamsız şekilde ve usta diye geçinen kişilerin kıyafetleri bile günlük tshort gibi asansör sürekli arıza yapıyor bebk arabanız varsa sürekli taşmanız gerek haberiniz olsun yataklar çoookk kötü yaylar sırtınıza batıyor ve yatamıyorsunuz fiyat iyi ama herşey dahil alanlar için yemek ve yatak çok önemli değilse sizin için uygun olabilir ben tatili yarıda kesip döndüm bu sebeplerden tatilim berbat oldu civarda daha düzgün yerler olduğunu gördüm neredeyse aynı fiyatlara buradan tatil alırken iyi düşünün 2025 haziran başında yaşadık bu olayı

Otelin konumu çok güzel, kendi plajı var. Odalar geniş ve temiz. Banyo yenilenmiş. Yemekleri idare eder. Yemeği yatılı okul yemekhanesi gibi kapalı bir alanda, klimaların iyi soğutmadığı bir yerde yiyorsunuz. Masalara servis yapılmıyor. İçecekler iyiydi. Akşamları canlı müzik olması iyiydi. Otelde tek bir asansör var, yetersiz. Engelli bireyler için rampa vb. yok. Otelin yakınlarında 2-3 tane büyük eğlence mekanı var, gece saat 04:00'e kadar yüksek sesle müzik yayını yapıyorlar, uyku uyuyamıyorsunuz. Otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Ancak hayvan dostu oldukları için üç yıldız verdim.

Oteli hiç beğenmedik güzel yorumlara bakarak gittik ama memnun kalmadık yemek çeşiti yoktu yemeklerin üstünde hep sinekler uçuyrdu çalişanları çok kaba işini sanki zorla yapıyolarmış gibi… Otelin havuzu küçük ama denizi güzel…

Gayet güzel bir deneyimdi yemekler yeterli ve güzeldi biz görece sakin zamanda gittigimiz için daha çok memnun kaldık ilk girdigimiz oda dışarıyı görmüyordu sonrasında ek bir ücret ödeyerek balkonlu dışarıyı gören bir odaya geçtik ve çok ilgili davrandılar bütün çalışanlara her şey için teşekkür ederiz
