There are not enough superlatives to describe the staff, especially Patel! They were so accommodating and cordial. Dijon is lucky to have this hotel in their community!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Spoke English, and we couldn’t ask for a nicer people to work with. The breakfast was affordable and very nice. However, the room could definitely use some maintenance. The electric plugs were not secured to the wall and were not inconvenient locations for the bedding and the shower doors did not align and unfortunately made a mess with a lot of water on the floor. All and all it was a nice place to stay since all we really did is asleep there. It was easy and convenient to get to the bus stations and to walk around the beautiful city of Dijon. While you are there, make sure you take a wine tasting tour to Beaune.

Quirky place and easy walk into town . Bad points tv didn’t work for entire stay . Curtain in room 1 was pathetic and didn’t close out the light which made it difficult to sleep . Also I found customer care staff pretty unhelpful and rude on a couple of occasions especially Italian guy. I thought of putting in a complaint for lack of tv reception but it probably wouldn’t have got me anywhere. Overall the staff weren’t really interested

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und Mannsstück zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am „Place Darcy“. Das Hotel wird von sehr freundlichem Personal betrieben. Es ist mit sehr schönen Tapeten ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht auch eine Klimaanlage. Der Zugang in die Dusche war etwas eng. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Parkplätze stehen nach Reservierung zur Verfügung. Die Anfahrt ist sehr eng.

Pas mal mais peut s'améliorer

Hotel convenable mais peut-être un peu cher vu l'état de vétusteté et de dépouillement de la chambre dans laquelle j'étais : salle de bain propre (ou presque) avec baignoire à l'émail écaillé, sans support pour le pommeau de douche, pas de sèche-cheveu ; dans la chambre, il faisait frais voire froid (il neigeait dehors) ; pas d'abat jour sur les ampoules, rendant l'éclairage blafard. Des traces noires sur les draps (pas de saleté à priori, plus un problème récurrent au niveau du lavage ou du stockage des draps ? Je l'ai vu régulièrement reporté en commentaires après coup). Détails principalement cosmétiques mais qui participent d'un certain inconfort.
