Great location for cruise port access. Staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Breakfast staff was particularly good. Nice facilities. Very clean. Bathrooms, particularly the shower arrangement, could use some updating. We would gladly stay here again.

We have used this hotel before and we were happy to try again. We like the central location but we sensed the rooms are getting dated and uncomfortable. Tiny vanity area and luggage space make it less convenient to place items and clothes for easy access. Holes in towels and worn linen weren’t attractive for us to come back next time. Loud street noise and Fridge can be a concern for light sleepers. Staff are polite but impersonal. We skipped breakfast this time as there are better options nearby for less.

The location is great. Just a block from the Marketplace. Great jumping point to any tourist destination. Staff was awesome. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Bathroom is really small. If you are a larger person this is probably not going to work for you. Elevator can hold 2 people and a couple bags. But I really like this place.

The rooms are clean and well enough, just be aware of the neighbourhood we left after safety concerns.
