"My family had a blast! Staff and crew especially Ms Venice did everything she can for my families stay memorable, restful and comfortable. Would be nice if in the future to replenish the cutlery and cookware in the unit. Online says it has, but none available, it was also mentioned by the staff that "not part of the booking". "

"This place was great - far and away the best place in town. After a week in a crummy, AirBnB death trap, we moved here and it was a world away from the filthy, rundown 'city' outside the hotel - an absolute oasis. The rooms are, quite simply, the best I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Amazing comfort and luxury with fantastic shower and jacuzzi bath. The bars are not full of bikini clad girls (unless you bring your own) so you can enjoy the pool bar in peace and quiet all day and most evenings if you want to. The restaurants are pretty basic with limited choices but the food is ok - there is a french restaurant next door (part of the hotel?) and a couple of indian restaurants nearby. Also Queens hotel in town for steak. The city itself is a complete dump, Walking Street a huge disappointment, and the golf courses are nothing special. If you need to visit Angeles and you want comfort, this is the place for you."

"Stayed at many hotels in Angeles, they are just hotels, Wild Orchid is an older place, but a proper resort, and it’s much nicer to stay somewhere with all the resort amenities and atmosphere. "

"We enjoyed the Family Suite of Swissotel with complimentary breakfast buffet for 2. Used my Accor card for the 2 additional breakfast. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was so nice that the kids didn't want to swim anymore and just hibernate inside. The pictures in the website are accurate."
