"There are many reasons why this hotel was excellent for our family. The hotel is clean, overall the breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my reservation that required some care and Lisa from the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my family. I cannot say enough good things about her and her kindness towards my family. It is employees like here that make all the difference in the world for a guest. She was compassionate and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. If there is anything you can do to recognize her excellent costumer service skills. Had it not been for her we would have likely not made it to Rothenburg and added extra days to our stay. The hotel staff was also very helpful when I requested an earlier check-in for my additional 2 days at the hotel. I told them that my husband had mobility issues and was feeling ill and that it would be very helpful if he could have access our new room earlier than normal. The young lady at the front desk called the maids and asked them if they could clean the room for us and it was done within an hour. That's what I call, excellent customer service. As it turns out, my husband wound up needing to go back to the hotel room to get the rest he needed. It made all the difference in the world for us for he was in a lot of pain that day. Breakfast was excellent but eggs were ok and wish restaurant food was at a lower price point."

"This is a charming old German hotel. I believe it has been in the same family for many years. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made sure our stay was good. We were there in March so it was not busy. The breakfast was lovely! We would definitely stay there again! Make sure you do the Night Watchman tour - it was an excellent way to end the day in Rothenburg!"

"Quaint and comfortable accommodations in the historic center of town. Our room was very large and more than adequate for three adults and a teen. Nice breakfast with an incredible view. Reasonable 15 minute walk to the train station. "

"The hotel is very quaint and the hostess was very nice. The room was great we were on the third floor so going up and down the stairs was hard on my pregnant wife but once up there we had a view to one of the towers from the room. There is no ac so if it is hot during your stay that is something to consider. We had the window open all night and it was perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the altstadt. "

"Hotel is in a perfect location, just walking distance from old town. Comfort double room is a spacious room and the breakfast is great. This is a good choice for a hotel in charming Dinkelsbuhl. Check in was a breeze, staff is friendly and restaurant options in the area are a lot!"
