"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We mainly wanted to explore Mount Titlis and this hotel is a 10 minute walk from there. The hotel has really beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant and breakfast they have was also quite good! The hotel also has a lot of restaurants and bars around. The are also plenty of shops around. Caroline helped us out a lot during our stay and if it wasn’t for her, we would have a much more difficult time during our stay! "

"Chosen as a reasonably priced hotel for a one night stop between france and Italy. Family run and open since the 1920s. An older style property but style very much in keeping with the local area. Clean and tidy throughout and bar/restaurant appears popular with locals. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel restaurant is closed on a Wednesday evening however there are a number of local restaurants nearby and staff were happy to provide directions and recommendations. Breakfast was traditional and plenty of options for even my fussy teenager. Would happily stay here again."

"Stayed for 4 nights from Indianapolis. Very convenient location. Kitchen well kept and clean. You can get coffee for a small fee from the app of the hotel. Requested extra towels which were promptly delivered. Engelberg was the best decision to stay, away from the crowds. If looking for beautiful Alps experience, this place is it. Fridges for each room conveniently marked. Just wish toiletries were provided too. Also a suggestion for owner to put signs “watch your step” there are lots of little steps everywhere that are not visible and I had a could be fatal fall. But this is a great concept and no hassle check in and check out. I was a little hesitant first of self check in but the ease of app makes it a breeze. "

"Bellevue Hotel is great! It’s almost the oldest hotel in Engelberg, but the hotel is very unique, stylish and clean. Very European style. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The most amazing part is the view from the balcony, love it!"
