"Nice room, very cosy. The bed felt a bit small but was comfy enough. The room was quite warm so we left the windows open at night but it was so noisy at around 4.30am Sunday morning with rowdy people spilling out from the pubs to go to the 24hr McDonalds that faces the building. Good location though and very modern and clean throughout although the bathroom did smell a bit. Check in is at 3pm. We got to the room 10 mins earlier but the code wont let you in until bang on 3pm"

"We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again."

"Very clean, plenty of kitchen goods if you wanted to cook yourself but only 5 minutes from the river and lots of options to eat. Quiet area but felt pretty safe."

"Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

"The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough "

"I stopped over here on my way down South. I found the hotel old and beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and it was only a short walk into twin. Lovely restaurants nearby. Price was excellent. A lot of older people and perhaps entertainment in bar wasn’t to my taste but all in all a very pleasant stay. "

"We've just had a long weekend at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate. We had a deluxe high level room which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All staff on reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety to choose from. The hotel was within 5 mins to the town centre, so very convenient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and the spaces were of a decent size, so no need to worry about having your car dented by the neighbouring car doors! All in all a lovely weekend and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Really lovely welcome on arrival. The room was nice and big, a little dated but nice all the same. Very clean. It was my husband's 50th so they left some nice chocolates in the room as a gift which was nice, and they gave him a birthday badge. The breakfast was the most delicious breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. It was perfect to celebrate my husband's birthday and the staff are really friendly."
