"Bad customer service "

"The room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Shuttle times are very limited for Disney park but it is so close that if you decide to Uber it’s inexpensive. There are many places to eat around the hotel that are a 5-7 minute walk. Walmart is also nearby, about à 15 minute walk. The area is overall safe if you do decide to walk to places around the hotel. I am very happy I chose this location. The souvenir store next to the hotel had many affordable options, I recommend shopping there if you’re looking for souvenirs on a budget. "

"We chose this resort because it was dog friendly and had plenty of amenities. It did not disappoint. There is plenty to do without leaving the resort. The building we were in was a little old but close to a pool so that was ok. We wish the mini golf stayed open later. Overall loved it and would stay again. "

"Pros: property was clean and well kept. Nice kitchen. Condo was much more spacious than we expected. Appreciated the screened in patio except the view was of other condos. Complex was pretty quiet at night. Pool and hot tub were nice. Cons: WiFi was terrible, no Smart TV so we couldn’t stream anything. There was a strangely huge bathtub/jacuzzi/shower in the primary bathroom that was outdated. Bathroom fixtures were outdated. Super busy area- good if you’re going to the all the parks I guess. The staff member that checked us in late Friday night was very unenthusiastic and not welcoming, although a daytime staff member was much more pleasant and helpful. "
