"We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed all of the many amenities!"

"I Love the idea of The Grove. The property is beautiful and the pools and waterpark were very nice and well kept. The food and restaurants were satisfying overall.I wish we would have checked out the Pier and Paddle Boats. Overall it was a good experience, but our room twice had no hot water. Maintenance was helpful and came and fixed it the first time, but then the next morning there was no hot water again and it took half the day for someone to come. The second time, they determined it was a faulty thermostat and would have to replace it. They did the temporary fix again and we were all able to take our warm showers. Our second disappointment came when we hyped our 3 children up for an evening at the arcade for our last night and when we arrived, it was closed. Signs were still outside advertising their $25 special inside the arcade and there was no sign indicating that they were closed or temporarily closed and when they intended to reopen. When we contacted the front desk, they didn’t seem aware that the arcade was closed and when they contacted us with a reason/solution it was just a generic response about how availability and hours of operation are subject to change. We ended up going offsite to a local arcade. I’d like to say I’d come back, but researching and trying out another local resort and water park would be part of my planning first."

"Came after spring break so not to crowded. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They have 1 restaurant. The day we arrived it was closed that evening because they had a convention and it was being used for a private party. Breakfast was good there. Had dinner there one night and the fish was very dry to the point that I did not eat it. The manager offered to send another meal or something else I chose not to since my husband was done eating at this point. 2 minute walk to Sunset Walk. That was fine for an evening. Only a couple of decent restaurants there. Be sure to use Uber not a taxi when going to and from airport and places of interest your looking to go. "

"Room was had dirty towel and washrag hanging in bathroom. Floor not clean, back slider didn’t lock. Blinds on back door were missing and never replaced. Maintenance said he did best he could on lock, when fixing it. Told me it should work. Blinds were never replaced, even after being told by front desk that it was moved to priority. Communication with shuttle and trash service was non existent!!! Will not return. "

"The Resort Villa is outdated could use some upgrades. The WaterPark is not included in your stay you have to pay extra. It could have been a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of activities and things to do for the kids."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."
