"The furniture in the rooms are so beat up, walls are marked up. Absolutely everything cost extra, they advertise mini golf and the flow rider but upcharge ridiculous prices. It did not feel safe, many fights and police were there multiple times. The water was very cold at the pools and people sitting on the ground all over because there is not enough seating. "

"Room have a lot of hair. housekeeping forgot cleaning staff to the bed. 1 staff is rude at the beginning of my stay the rest are ok. Microwave is smelly, so I didn’t use it. Hotel close to the theme parks."
