"Having the extra space was awesome"

"Staff were friendly. However, we were not assigned our accessible room and never called us back to accommodate our needs to relocate. For wheelchair users, this building is not accessible, doors don’t have automatic openers and rooms (at lest ours) didn’t have grab bars in the bathroom. Construction on the pool which they neglected to inform us at booking was closed, and construction occurred until 4am the first night outside our window. Someone’s kids on the property set off fire alarm at midnight the third night. Pay attention to the bill for food and dining as tip is included but they discretely encourage additional tipping. Elevators worked intermittently and was fairly difficult to navigate the rabbit warren of hallways. Count the towels in your room as they charge at checkout for any that are missing and we were short 3 towels. Overall would have given it a rating of 1, but the friendly staff raised it to a two and the room was relatively comfortable and clean."

"Pools were great,restaurants & bars were excellent Above all great staff from those at ckin to valet guys to bartenders really fantastic. Room was clean and well appointed thank you for great anniversary weekend for my wife & I."

"No silverware for breakfast. They ran out of clean cutlery. Staff was helpful. Floor in room was sticky as if not cleaned thoroughly. Location was great. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here."

"So, I am a local, and decided to get a Room for my friend and I because my home was being deep cleaned. When checking in, apparently the hotel doesn’t allow local to get rooms but how would I know this. Had to get the manager and he as super kind and told me this. Because my friend was out of town we stayed. The bathroom was super tiny. The shower head was old and didn’t look like it was clean in a long time. And the pressure was bad. The lights were all different colors and some flickered when turning on. A lot of the furniture was very old. The bed was very comfy but kinda wish there was better comforter and now thin sheets or thin blanket. But it was for two nights just to rest our head."

"This is a fairly new property close to Disney. There is a free shuttle service that goes between the hotel a the three main Disney parks plus Disney Springs. That's very handy. There are many restaurants in the area if you don't feel like spending Disney prices. The included breakfast area is large with plenty of options. However it does get busy, so plan ahead. "
