"This hotel was a great choice overall. It was clean, well maintained, and offered a very good price for what you get. The amenities were a highlight especially the pool and lazy river, which made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The only thing that wasn’t as impressive was the breakfast, which could definitely be improved. However, everything else was really good, and I would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable and fun stay."

"So like I didn’t even get to stay, because apparently you have to be 21 and maybe I’m slow but it don’t say that on the site, and check in is at 3pm and when I bought it online it was 3am but it didn’t tell me until after it took the $77 and sent me the email. I think maybe they should confirm your 21 fist before allowing you to buy online, would have saved me so much money and a headache of sleeping in the car. "

"Amazing property and staff"

"The property itself looked beautiful, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After checking in, I discovered the toilet in my room was not working. I reported it right away and was assured it would be fixed. Later, I was told the issue couldn’t be resolved and that I would be moved to another room. However, instead of being reassigned, I was handed a plunger and asked to handle the problem myself, which was completely inappropriate. When I requested a new room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and the only option offered was a refund. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay late at night, which was very stressful for my family. Overall, this was a very negative and unacceptable experience"

"The room was clean. Grounds were clean. The air-conditioning worked amazing. Rooms were much bigger than I thought they were going to be. The only issue I had is that Hotels.com has the hotel charging $100 deposit only if you bring pets. However, when I arrived, I was charged $100 deposit. Even though I had no pets. This is very misleading and the reason I did not give this hotel five stars. "
