"What a beautiful hotel, especially the reception area on the fourth floor. The room is spacious, but a little bit outdated. The swimming pool is beautiful. All of the staff are very polite, respectful, and professional. Thank you to all involved in decorating our bed with two beautiful swans surrounded by a heart-shaped rose petal. Windsor Plaza Hotel went above and beyond. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and stay here again. Two young ladies delivered a small cake to my wife. There was a foul odor in our room, and the manager immediately moved us to a different room. Windsor Plaza Hotel went above and beyond. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and stay here again."

"Hotel is beautiful and good location near everything especially Ben Than market. All staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Room was good size to open 2 big luggages but it’s no views as it’s close to next building. Air-con works well. Pool is small size and the roof top bar has great city views of HCMC. Breakfast is okay and small portion. I asked for late check out and paid 50% of the room rate. It’s quit pricey but it’s okay for the unbearable hot and humidity outside. Overall, it’s a great stay and I don’t mind to stay here again if I visit HCMC ."
