Second time of staying whilst in HCMC, didnt dissappoint. I was welcomed back (nice touch) given a higher floor (appreciated) and enjoyed the various facilities which, as always enjoyed the gym (good technogym) and spotless. Staff were lovely, helpful, and gave me the impression they love their jobs and looking after their customers. Nothing was too much trouble. Im back in VN in 6-8 weeks and this has become my first choice spot.

Thank you to all the staff at The Reverie Saigon for their warm hospitality and kindness. We had a safe and enjoyable stay. We especially enjoyed the iconic entrance and gorgeous lobby, with its impressive clocks and beautiful furniture. Our room on the top floor offered wonderful views of Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast staff were very friendly, and we especially enjoyed the Vietnamese stewed dishes and the wide selection of fresh fruits, including mango and papaya. It was also nice to chat with other guests. We appreciated the almonds and raisins in the minibar, as well as the delicious traditional chocolates provided during turndown service. Some facilities felt slightly dated, and water from the shower flowed toward the toilet, which was inconvenient. We mentioned this to the hotel, so hopefully it can be improved. The automatic bidet toilet was a nice touch. The hotel’s classic glamour is truly special. Blending it with a little more modernity could make the experience even more wonderful.

The Reverie Saigon exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, the staff were warm and attentive, and every detail reflected true luxury. The rooms were stunning, the breakfast was outstanding, and the location was perfect. We had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Room has nice views. We booked 2 rooms and was given rooms that came with another door that separated us from the common corridor. Felt exclusive and private. The bathroom lighting can be improved by having more switches. My room only has 1 switch to either on or off all the lights in the bathroom. Breakfast spread was extensive and some a la carte dishes like steak, pho and French toast were good! After check out, Concierge was very helpful in helping us direct the Grab car to the hotel's main entrance. Skillfully loaded all our luggage for us. Hotel security was good with staff around at the L1 lobby. To get to rooms, guests had to change lifts at L7 using room keys

Stayed at The Reverie in Saigon and it completely exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. The staff were incredible—genuinely some of the best service I’ve experienced anywhere. They made the stay feel special from start to finish. We were even given a complimentary upgrade, and the room had an amazing view overlooking the Saigon River, which made it even more memorable. If you’re staying in Ho Chi Minh City, this place is on another level. Highly recommend.
