Four day family trip. The doormam was fantastically helpful with a broken suitcase and getting it repaired. The front desk staff never friendly the cleaner was fantastic and helpful as well as manager and breakfast staff. Breakfast was good, though if you go at 9am they don’t seem to want to replenish the last 30 mins. Beds were comfy, though many sewn holes in sheets. That was kind of shocking. Close to Ben Thanh market…where you WILL get ripped off . Prices way too high.
