Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, staff is excellent all folks we met were super - felt like small boutique hotel

The front desk, hospitality, restaurant staff were all excellent. The ambiance was excellent, albeit great distances within the hotel to get to rooms. The time of the year was unfortunate - tail end of monsoons, but managed to have a great time in the pool, as against the beach. The food was predominantly catering to the western and North Indian and a few south Indian tourists, hence the lack of some authentic Goan cuisine. However the spread was diverse and good.

The staff and the hotel and their partner drivers are amazing. The hotel accentuates the beauty of being in south goa.

She was quick energetic, very pleasant and made excellent food suggestions. Another request i would like to make. I understand that this is a 5 star hotel and guests like to experience the luxury. However in view of the environmental impact we hope the hotel can be a bit more aware and reactive than automatic. Housekeeping...

He went to all lengths to make our short stay very special for us… there was a surprise cake,...
