"Yes it's cheap, but I've stayed in much nicer places for the same price. Cheap uncomfortable mattress, light above bed and mirror didn't work properly, had to use my phone light to get ready to go out as the lighting in the room was so poor. I found a takeaway fork on the floor when I arrived, dirty coffee mug on the tray, and a piece of plastic on the floor at the end of the bed, so clearly not cleaned thoroughly after the last customer. Staff on the desk were lovely, polite and helpful. Windows are old wooden sash type, so my room was extremely noisy with passing traffic. The photos on Hotels.com are not representative of the room you will get. "

"Everything was superb with this little place the themed room we were staying in (Paris) was amazing, a lot of effort was put into it I’d love to go back and stay in another room , maybe the Casablanca. Only one complaint , only small one , was the advertisement said enjoy a little drink in the bar , the pictures looked great , on asking if we could get a drink the response was “there is no bar now” "
