Hidden gem

Fabulous place , Jeff the host was so accommodating. A real hidden gem in the heart of the city. We stayed in the Linen suite and it felt like our own little 5* apartment. You also get 20% off all food and drink at the adjoining bar which was a bonus.

Upon arrival had issues with checking in, but very helpful staff assisted and was dealt with swiftly. The room was stunning, very cosy and welcoming, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Will certainly be returning

Perfect Apartment in Great Location

Absolutely lovely stay in this very comfortable and clean apartment. It was small but just the perfect size for me and much much better than a hotel room. The location is perfect too. So close to bars and restaurants that are literally on the doorstep. I will definitely look to stay here again if I’m staying in Nottingham

100% great

We stay in Nottingham a lot and have stayed in all different sorts of places and this was by far the best, very spacious, really good fixtures and fittings, air con unit was a bonus and heated or cooled the room down very fast, the comfiest bed Iv ever slept on. I read some reviews about noise and the smell of smoke, we were on the middle floor and heard no noise at all and the smoke! No idea how you can smell smoke, as the windows don’t open!!! I would 100% recommend staying here and we definitely will be back.

Great room but needs cleaning

My room was huge and very comfy. I do think it needs cleaning a little. Lots of cobwebs in the rafters and the ottoman and stools need cleaning as lots of stains. That being said i would stay again

Luxury apartment in Nottingham

Amazing and beautifully finished apartment. Very comfortable with everything you need for a short or long stay I had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very efficiently by the property manager Jeff. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Fantastic location in the city centre. Decorated to a very high standard throughout the apartment, very clean and well presented. Nespresso coffee machine & capsules were definitely the icing on the cake! We would definitely stay here again :)

Quiet and well equipped

Lovely apartment, good size, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Really quiet, yet still in the centre of town. £250 holding deposit required, which is fair enough, but it tied my finances up a bit. Tea towel needs to be provided for the kitchen though!

Great location. Lots of space and comfy bed. It wasn’t spotless clean but good enough. Cleaning crew got my pants wet with some solution and it was a bummer for me to throw them away. Train around the corner and tram service too. Salt, pepper and oil will be a nice touch in the kitchen.

Great but room photos not accurate

I stayed in the “ Tatting” room. The place was good, self check in online then get given a code. However not everything was expected. - I had to submit photo ID and £250 deposit against damages which is unusual for a UK “hotel” - The room wasn’t as per the photos - the 4 poster bed wasn’t in there, which was one of the reasons for booking that room - there was damp and mould around a couple of the windows Other than this everything was okay - but worth new photos on the website and some damp treatment/care

This is a lovely modern property with great location.It took a little bit of time to find the room as not clear signage.Once in the room it was clear the previous guests where smokers as the room stunk (even tho there is a no smoking policy!).At first glance we thought the room was clean.Only when we went to use the shower there was hair up the walls and mould on the ceiling.As our room was located in the basement we did smell damp going down the staircase but we put this down to the weather as damp out. Other than these issues this was a really nice stay with great surrounding restaurants.It just needs a bit of work to keep up to the standard they have advertised.

We stayed in tatting for 1 night. The room did not resemble the pictures, all the lovely touches we were expecting were not there, the bed did not have the frame and the canopy, the room was overall looking in need of some TLC with damp marks and stained carpets. The room was extremely hot when we arrived, we put the air conditioning on which leaked water all through the night constant dripping which prevented us from sleeping. We couldn’t turn it off as it was too warm in The room. The room was dusty and not well cleaned, there were stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood, the shower lacked power and to top it off we had paid for late check out (until 12) and someone walked into our room to clean at around 10.15 a.m while I was walking naked to the shower. Very poor value at around £250 for the night

Good, but not so good

The location is easy to find, the rooms are gated, but the gate isn’t locked. When I checked in, I was given a code to open the door. Once inside, the room looked nice and cozy, however most of the furnitures were full of stains and the rook had a bad smell. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly: I found crumbs and plastic around. I wanted to put my bottle of water in the fridge, to only find out that it was not working and it was full of water at the bottom. They have this white table that controls everything in the room, which is really nice if it worked properly. I tried to change the temperature in the room but it was still cold. When I picked it up to use it the device switched off and I noticed it was broken on the top. It has a lot of windows, which is good for lighting, however I couldn’t close one of the blinds because I couldn’t reach it. Its placed on top of the staircase. Curtains would be better. I took pictures of how I found the place when checking in and also when I left because they take £250 deposit if you break something. Well things were already broken or ruined. I have to say the location is really good, walking distance to city centre and really quite at night, but I am not sure if I will stay there again.

Fantastic, Modern and Spacious Apartment

Outstanding! I will most certainly be staying again when I’m working in Nottingham, I’d actually go as far as saying it the best hotel room I have stayed in for years. I like the code entry, no person waiting around for you. The self catering mini apartment is fit for all needs, was lovely cooling for myself and sitting on the sofa watching streaming services on the smart tv, made it a much more comfy stay than if I’dv been couped in my hotel room elsewhere as I was there 2 nights. Really pleased overall. No negatives at all.
