Nor will you know that, when you phone the hotel, they will sigh in exasperation that you cannot speak German and that they will be pretty rude to you. "If you like old world charm and elegance, this is the place for you. Delightful surroundings with serious healing treatments on offer. The only let down was the food, at times, but otherwise would highly recommended. Definitely returning. "

"Very average hotel. For the same budget, there are better hotels out there however they were full. The room was relatevely new and renovated but the building itself is bad. The staff was not polite and it looked like they(3 different employees) were in a hurry to get rid of the customer. Finally, it was advertised that they offer free parking but it's not free. "
