"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"The apartment was nice. Kitchen fully stocked. City centre location so was very noisy at night until 4am one night. The room also isn’t pitch black even with the curtains drawn. Could do with blinds. Floor was quite greasy and sticky so had to wear shoes the whole time. Checkout process was easy and quick. Parking was a nightmare. There’s a car park opposite the apartments but you have to pay and it’s very limited because it’s free after 8:30pm. Always fully packed. Had to park around the corner...

"It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. Very good hotel but pool not included
"Location of hotel is ideal as it's in the town centre. Reception is nice and welcoming. Check in was simple. Our room was great with a lot of space. Bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. I booked this hotel on the basis it had a swimming pool and spa and the photo of the hotel is a photo of the pool, so I assumed as a customer I would have use of the pool for the duration of my stay, but apparently not. The hotel contacted me before I arrived letting me know of some extras to add to my stay, like dinner, bigger room, etc. Not once did they tell me the pool is not included even though the photo shown to you first is the pool"
