"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. "Quirky place that is clean, comfy, and has a great little rooftop bar/ coffee/ hangout area. Positive youth hostel vibe and helpful staff. The rooms are small (come truly compact) but clean and the crazy ability to change the room lighting color is good fun. Breakfast was pricey, but I’d stay here again. "

"We loved it here. The hotel looks fantastic inside and out. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly. House keeping staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast buffet is amazing. So much choice and a lovely setting. All staff are super helpful. The hotel is situated in a great spot next to the main square. Perfect for the bus station and railway station and all the sights you want to see. So many choices of where to eat nearby and the hotel itself is not at all noisy despite being in such a prime spot. Wonderful hotel!! So glad we chose it. "
