The location is superb .The rooms are large enough and have a sitting area and two windows .The carpet bothered me as it was stained and old .The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly .

Had an amazing stay in Paris! Everything was perfect, from the location to the overall experience. The highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so welcome the entire time. Truly made my trip even more special. Can’t wait to come back! Breakfast fresh but coffee was bad. Room. Ice and quiet but bathroom shower not working properly and floor tiles loose. Lovely gardens and good safe parking. I really like this hotel but the refit has been done on the cheap which is disappointing. The bed is less comfortable than before.

Noisy, unfriendly, crowded
The reception was poorly manned and very slow, we were seen but ignored at first. We were unable to get breakfast before 08:00, but we need to leave before that and they would not help us at all. Getting out of the grounds before then was very difficlut.
