Excellent location and hotel, but an awkward issue with undisclosed service fees
We had a very pleasant stay at the Iron Gate Hotel & Suites. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Prague, making it very easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and attractions.
Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and good quality.
The only negative experience was at checkout. A service fee was added to our bill that had not been disclosed to us beforehand. We had to point this out and ask for it to be removed. The hotel did remove the charge, which we appreciated, but it was awkward that guests have to notice and challenge a fee that was not clearly disclosed.
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it, but I hope management will make all charges completely transparent to guests in the future. That would make an otherwise excellent experience even better.

We had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location was excellent. Close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Prague. It was very easy to get around the city, especially if you enjoy exploring on foot. We would definitely stay here again

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is in excellent location close to all main attractions. It is located in quiet area. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
