"The hotel was clean. The room was perfect. The price was right and it wasn’t too far from everything we wanted to be involved with, but it wasn’t on the main strip where you heard noises or anything."

"I would not stay here again. The mattresses were horrible, the pillows were flat. The shower curtain was torn and tattered. I received an email prior to arrival that both the indoor and outdoor pools were open, not so the outdoor pool was empty. The indoor pool was open but like ice. The hot tub had hot water but the control for the jets had been removed. The lazy river was very nice and we had a lot of fun in it, but the stairs going in had several broken tiles. The staff upon checking in and in the breakfast room was nice. Great location to many attractions, but I would not stay there again. "

"Overall everything was very good, however a few things could have been better. The fireplace in the room was already cut off for the season even though the temperatures got down into the 40s at night, and the lobby fireplace was still operational. This was one reason I booked the certain room with the fireplace. The shower didn’t have a seal on one side of the door, so it ran into the floor and soaked the bath mat. The lighted Market Street sign hanging outside was so bright it made it look like dawn all night (maybe some room darkening curtains or something?) Upon check in, Chloe was outstanding! She was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop pool and bar was great. "

"Very nice place. Only one issue during our stay they were cleaning the parking areas which caused some inconvenience with parking near our room."
