"Excellent little hotel with eccentric artistic elements in the property. Matilda, at check in, was enormously helpful with arrangements at Rifugio Auronzo, and suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, making reservations for us. Lots of construction in Cortina due to the upcoming Olympics, so expect construction cranes everywhere!"

The room was comfortable, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were lovely. "Upon arrival, we were able to pay 15 EU to park right behind the hotel in downtown Cortina. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aquila - our room had a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the city and mountains, and the hotel's location is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was very clean and spacious and the curtains blocked out the morning sun. Amazing stay!"
