"Used Matresses were disorganizely piled in the parking lot (dumpster area) - not visually appealing. Front Desk staff were chatting, engaged in personal conversation among them. Housekeeping staff complained with us (as they made our room) about their low pay rate and how much they have to work in a single day. Recommendation: Hotel Manager should meet with his/her staff to discuss better approaches with the hotel customers, being more polite, tactful and focus on customers. (refraining from discussing personal opinions, refraining from bashing against their employer, etc)."

"We stayed for a week and booked a one bedroom suite with kitchenette. The kitchenette was the main highlight as i was in the hotel room for medical recovery. Hotel was quiet and clean which made me felt safe. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Loved how everyone who came out to the pool was minding their own business and enjoying themselves with no disturbances to others. Bonus free washer and dryer. Highly recommended. "

"The keys did not work any of the nights we were there which was really inconvenient especially coming in late at night although the staff changed the keys and locks several times "
