"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "We stayed 2 days after a few days in Annecy and it was lovely being up in the mountains. The hotel is in a perfect spot just a short walk to the many restaurants and is modern, but homely. The hotel staff were excellent and were always willing to help with advice on good walks or to help booking a taxi. Breakfast was very good with a full choice of quality options.
