"We had weather conditions via the ship causing us a 6 hrs delay for check in. They kindly waited for us to get in to our room before leaving for the night. Excellent communication and customer service. "

"Cleanliness is our priority when booking and this suite did not disappoint. They've done everything up to high standard. Everyday we get our suite cleaned. The ease of having a coffee machine and sandwich maker was also great! We didnt have to leave the place in the morning before we head to start our day. Being in the centre also means we can go back half of the day to relax and head back out again. But the view, it may not be the caldera but it was still amazing. The only con was the church bell rang early in the morning at random times. Like an alarm clock. "

"This property was ideally located in the heart of Fira with Caldera views. The view from all the rooms are amazing. We stayed in room 402 which was very nice with a balcony. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened. Good value with great views and ideal for those using the bus. "

"Great location, spacious room and delicious breakfast. We booked the honeymoon suite which had a fantastic view of the caldera from the balcony. Staff members were awesome. Sophia, Anil and Oia were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. It didn’t work. However Sophia was kind enough to allow us use the hot tub of one of the other rooms which was unoccupied. Overall great experience."

"It is difficult to compare the Suite in Santorini with other Hotel rooms. Balcony was excellent with hot Jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Room had windows only on the side. The bath was in the cave, it looked strange, but everything worked and with the many lights it was very romantic. The breakfast was brought to our hotel every morning at 8:30 am and it was ok. We were helped to carry our luggage during check in and out. All representatives were very nice and helpful."
