Staff was very nice at the bar. Galleys were never stocked appropriately. Decor was nice. Cute sitting area in the bar. Rooftop was not open but looks to be cute when open. Overall this was just okay. Definitely need to work out kinks. "

"The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean. The staff on the other hand were not the best. I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”. That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done. A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude."
