"We had two rooms, one was upgraded which was very nice of them. However, the thermostat of one room did not work, which was freezing. The resort setting was beautiful and tranquil. The Chinese restaurant was excellent where we had two dinners. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive and good quality. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful. All in all, a very pleasant stay."

"The window cannot be locked and was blown open by winds. Ended up having to change to another room late at night. Then the toilet of the new room has a rather unpleasant urine odour.
But staff was excellent. World class service and deserve the highest praise."

"I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel."
